Beloved husband and companion of Rosemary (née Hilton) Lugg. Loving father of Wayne (Susan), Brian (Kathy), Judy Lugg and Shelley Lugg (Harold). Dear brother of Jack (late Dorothy), Jean Van Wyk (Albert) and Joan Bounds (Glenn).
