LALONDE, Arlene (Currier)- At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Sunday June 26, 2022. She was 80 years. Loving wife of Neil Lalonde. Cherished mother of Brian (Adele) of Cornwall, Kevin (Lisa) of Williamstown, Jeffrey (Shelley) of Cornwall and Jason (Jane) of Cornwall. Loving grandmother of Ryan, Corey, Lisa, Alyson, Dylan, Ethan, Jake, Alyssa, Tyler and Austin and great-grandmother of Lexa, Carter, Hunter, Milly, Keyana and Nash. Cherished sister of William Currier (Evelyn) of Manitoba, Wayne Currier (Aline) of Cornwall, Howard Currier (Esther) of Woodstock, Doreeen MacMillan of Collingwood and Eileen. Dear sister-in-law of Melvin Lalonde (Barbra) and Morgan Lalonde both of Cornwall. Sadly, missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Howard and Marguerite (MacDonald) Currier and her sister Colleen Murphy. As per Arlene’s wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-3888) on Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 9 am-10:30am followed by a Funeral Service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 am. Rite of Committal to follow at St Columban’s Cemetery. If so desired, Memorial donation to the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation and to Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
