1943 – 2021
Passed peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Tuesday January 5, 2021. Former wife of the late Leonard Dow. Lovingly remembered and survived by current husband David Palmer, sister Alice O’Shaunessy (Wayne), brothers Willard and Robert Seyeau all of Cornwall. Children Steven Kuhn (Lisa), Douglas Kuhn and Sandra Tyo all of Cornwall. Fondly missed and remembered by her extended family and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Due to the COVID – 19 restrictions there will be no visitation or service. A private cremation has taken place. Interment service at a later date. If so desired, memorial donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall.
