It is with a broken heart that we announce the passing of Bernice Elizabeth Ouellette (née Dow) surrounded by her loving family on Monday, April 3rd, 2023 at Sandfield Place at the age of 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Ouellette. Loving mother of Pauline Macdonald of Perth, Elaine Oetelaar (Eddy) of Alexandria, Robert Ouellette of Lethbridge, AB, Raymonde Ouellette of Cornwall, Joanne Martin (Wally) of Kanata, Marc Ouellette of Cornwall, André Ouellette (Megan) and Kathy Primeau (Roger) both of Cornwall. Cherished grandmother of 22 grandchildren and of 25 great-grand-children. She is predeceased by one son; Marcel Ouellette, her parents; Melville Dow and Bertha Dow (née Lavigne) and one brother; Gerald Dow (Irene). Mass of Christian burial will take place on Wednesday, April 12th, 2023 at Ste-Thérèse de Lisieux Church at 11 a.m. Spring Interment will be held at a later date. The Ouellette family will receive condolences at the reception. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-3888).
