It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Brenda Joyce Bouchard (née Deruchie) on Saturday February 11, 2023 at the age of 72 years. Beloved wife of Gilles Bouchard for over 50 years. Cherished sister of Bernard Deruchie (Linda), Richard Deruchie (Madeleine), Kathryn Ehrhardt (late Ross), Leona Deruchie (late Ernie) and Diane Deruchie (Ron). Predeceased by her parents Bernard & Clemmie Deruchie (née Lapierre) her brothers Gordon and Wayne. Brenda will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. As per Brenda’s wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-3888) on Sunday, February 26th, 2023 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. As expressions of sympathy in Brenda's memory, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
