It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Cécile Sauvé on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Cornwall Hospice at the age of 82 years. She will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends. A special Thank You to all the staff and her many friends at Heritage Heights Retirement Home for taking such great care of Cécile for the past 3 years. Special Thank you to the wonderful staff at Cornwall Hospice for their kindness, thoughtfulness and the peanut butter cookies! during Cécile’s stay there. As per Cécile’s wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall 613-938-3888 from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service. A Memorial Service will take place in the chapel of the Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 27th, 2022 at 3 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date at Notre-Dame Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers memorial donations in Cécile’s memory to Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
