Stevie and Brenda, I am so sorry for your loss. I have been trying to find your Father for a couple of years now, we lost touch when he moved. He and my Father used to talk on the phone, especially on their shared birthday. They were such special friends, from meeting on their birthday in 1933 that turned into a lifelong friendship that included model airplanes, rowing boats on the St Laurence, visits at your cottage on Lake Champlain and so much more. I also have fond memories of your family. Connie Black

Hi Brenda, Steve, and all of your families. Uncle Cliff was 'that' Uncle. The special, fun, amazing person who could connect with us kids in a magical way. I never missed a chance to see him when he came out to visit my parents (I think they were a little jealous!). If it's true we never really pass until the things we've done and the people we've touched have faded into history, your Dad has many more years to give to us.

Our deepest sympathies to you all. May your memories of your dad help you through this difficult time. We loved hearing Steve talk about his dad, Cliff's love of animals, his kind nature. They were beautiful words Steve. Thinking of you all

Brenda/Steve and families, first off what absolutely beautiful pictures!!
Like Earl I remember those early morning Pink Panther marathons too! Uncle Cliff would shhh us so we didn't wake anyone and then handed us some pizza. He had such a quick wit and always had us laughing.
I have a vivid memory of Uncle Cliff and Auntie Audrey in Cornwall. I was about 8. I was pretty shy then. I knew that you had a horse Brenda and I so desperately wanted to see her but was too shy to ask. Both your parents came to me and asked if I would like to go see Princess. I was so happy!! I never forgot that day.
They were both such a cherished part of my childhood.
Our Mom loved her brother so very much.
Sending you all much love!!!
