So very sorry..I often think about knowing the family through a chance meeting with Vic...very nice colourful fellow who loved using my boathouse in summerstown...complete with his truck with the mounted steer horns..

My deepest condolences to Vickie and entire Allaire family. Losing a loved one is never easy, but take comfort in the fact that she is no longer in pain, and that she is reunited with Vic and all her departed loved ones. May she Rest In Peace.

Dear Pauline, Vicky and family,
Our hearts were filled with sadness as was our eyes with tears when we were informed of the loss of your mother. Aunt Doreen had a heart of gold. It was such an opportunity to have known her. She always had a kind word, a little joke and a helpful hand. Her door was always, always open to anyone who wished to enter. It is comforting knowing that her legacy will live on in the hearts and spirits of her daughters Pauline and Vicky as well as all of their family members. May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate her life well lived. She will be sadly missed. Our hearts and prayers are with you both as well as your entire family. Love Michael and Lorraine Fournier.

I was “drawn” to the obituaries this morning and saw your Mom’s picture. It brought back so many fond memories of the years I spent in her home with David.
If anyone on this earth deserves to rest peacefully, it is your Mom. I don’t think that anyone could ever surpass her love and dedication for a person as she did for David. Who else would delay surgery on a broken arm to go home and care for someone?
She never asked for much but she gave everything.
May she rest peacefully and may you carry on knowing how good you were to her

Our deepest sympathies at this time for the loss of your mom, mother inlaw, grandmother and great grandmother. I called her Aunt Doreen even though she was not related by blood. My dad and uncle Vic were step brothers. Aunt Doreen loved her family with her all her and was dedicated to them with such a passion, it was a treasure to know her. I will always remember Aunt Doreen for her patience with us "little Bourgeois" kids who would knock a the side door of her store so we wouldn't have to go outside during the winter. (we lived above the candy store owned by Aunt Doree). I'm sure she didn't always like it but she always let us in. Much love, Denise Bourgeois Vance
