I first got to know Duane as a family member and husband to Deb, then as a creative musician and visual artist through his work and various bands. He was one of the best bass player I have ever had the pleasure to jam with. He would revel me with his interesting stories and anecdotes of various musicians we both loved. I have since come to know him as a friend and can truly say he was a sincere, thoughtful and caring person and a lot of fun to to be with. I will miss him dearly.
