Passed away at home surrounded by his family, after a short battle with cancer on Sunday, April 18, 2021. Eugene Cloutier of Cornwall; age 82years. Beloved husband of the late Fernande Cloutier (née Longtin). Loving father of Julie Cloutier of Ottawa, Roch Cloutier (Leanne) of Cornwall, and Claudine Cloutier of Montreal. Cherished grandfather of Kaitlyn and Emily. Dear brother of Estelle Denis of Ottawa. Predeceased by one son Yvon Cloutier, brothers Hector, Armand, Ernest, Firmin, Lionel, and Rolland, by one sister Cécile Leduc, and by his parents Théophile and Flore Cloutier (née Richer). Eugene leaves behind sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews, and many friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at a later date. Date, location and time to be announced.
