It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Fernand Emery Mondoux on Monday, August 22nd, 2022 surrounded by his loving family at the Cornwall Community Hospital at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband for 58 years of Louise Mondoux (nee Richard). Loving father of Gaetanne Pelletier (Marc) and Suzanne Mondoux both of Cornwall. Cherished grandfather of Aaron Helmer-Mondoux (Lindsay) and Austin Helmer-Mondoux (Bailey) and great-grandfather of Edison Helmer-Mondoux. Dear brother of Rosanne Robineau (Richard) of Cornwall and Robert Mondoux. He is predeceased by his parents Hormidas Mondoux and Laurette Mondoux (nee Cardinal) and by one brother Edouard Mondoux. As per Fernand’s wishes cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-3888). Memorial donations to the SDG Branch - Ontario SPCA and Humane Society and The Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
