MITCHELL, Floyd – It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Floyd Robert Mitchell on Tuesday January 5, 2021 at the Cornwall Community Hospital at the age of 71 years. Beloved husband of the late Gail Mitchell. Loving father of Steven (Joy) and Sheri Mitchell. Cherished grandfather of Christopher. Dear brother of Bill (Myrna), Gordon (Darla) and Kathleen Davies (Brian). Predeceased by his parents George and Mabel (née Nellis) Mitchell and 4 siblings Sandy, Beverley McLennan (Donald), Patsy Mitchell and Joanne Mitchell. Close friend to Diane and David. Due to the COVID – 19 restrictions there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
