It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of George Mason on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at the Cornwall Community Hospital at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband of Nicole (née Bissonnette) Mason. Loving father of Shawn (Kari) of Cornwall, Tammy Lee MacDonald (Brian) of Summerstown, Suzie Laframboise (Daniel) of Bainsville and Melanie Primeau (Lyle) of Summerstown. Dear brother of Frederic Mason (Louise), and Charles Mason (late Pierrette). Dear step-brother to Gary McPhee, Perry McPhee, Carol Ann O’Burn (late Perry O’Burn) and Johanne (John Cober). Loving grandfather of Melissa, Ryan, Nathaniel, Stephanie, Taylor, Nickolas, Shawn, Austin late Zachary, and great-grandfather of Shyanne, Mason, Merissa, Lily, Gracie, Sophia and Callahan. Dear son of the late Reginald and Marguerite (née Major) Mason. In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place.
