It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jean-Marie Gerard St-Jean on Sunday October 2, 2022 in Cornwall at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband of the late Theresa St-Jean. Loving father of Pierre St-Jean of Cornwall and Denis St-Jean (Melissa) of St. Andrew’s West. Beloved grandfather of Justin St-Jean (Alyson) of Cornwall, Jacob St-Jean of St. Andrew’s West, Makenna St-Jean of Waterloo, Evangeline St-Jean and Jace St-Jean both of St. Andrew’s West and great-grandfather of Philip and Phelix. Dear brother of Laurelle Gagnier (late Percy), Andre St-Jean, Claude St-Jean (Carol), Denise Ouimet (Yvon) and Luc St-Jean. Remembered by a special friend; Chantal Sicard. He is predeceased by his parents; Hugh St-Jean and Irene St-Jean (Bourgon). As per Jean-Marie’s wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 11th, 2022 from 12:30 p.m to 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-3888). A memorial service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday, October 11th, 2022 at 2 p.m. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations in Jean-Marie’s memory can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Charity of your choice.
