It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Joan Masterman (née Laplante) at the age of 91 on Wednesday October 5, 2022 at Glen Stor Dun Lodge. Beloved wife of the late Roy Masterman. Loving mother of Michael Masterman (Heather) of Cornwall. Cherished grandmother of Ryan Masterman (Jenni) and Kyle Masterman (Lauren). Proud great Grandmother of Austin, Brody, Ella, Cooper and Harper. Joan will be sadly missed by her sisters Carol Delage (late Bernard) and Bonnie Lefebvre (Aurele). Predeceased by her parents Ed and Thoie Laplante (née Gilligan), and her brother Garnet Laplante (late Rita).
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613) 938-3888. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peters Catholic Church, Cornwall on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 11 am.
