DOW, Jocelyn (née O’Byrne) – Mrs. Jocelyn Marie Dow at the Ottawa General Hospital on Saturday January 30, 2021 at the age of 67 years. Loving mother of Timothy Bickerstaffe, Shane Dow (Jennifer Vivarais), and Angie Bakker. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Ethan Piquette, Trinity Bickerstaffe, Amy Bakker, Tanner Bakker, Ethan Piper, Kali Piper, Olivia Bickerstaffe, and Thea Piper, and her great-grandson Bentley Piquette. Dear sister to Patricia Tessier (née O’Byrne). Cherished daughter of Florence O’Byrne. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
