Joe was not just a brother he was a true friend. His wit and character could make anyone smile. He could always be counted on to lend a helping hand with a cheerful smile no matter what task was asked of him . He was very knowledgeable, and I learned a lot from him over the years. Joe was an immensely proud person and very proud of his daughter Brandie and wife leone. We are sad, but have wonderful memories which we will forever hold in our hearts of his gentle soul and kindness. Fly high dear brother, and say hi to Scott, Doug and Mary as they are waiting patiently for you in heaven. Love you and miss you always. Our deepest sympathies and love to Leone and Brandie. Take good care of each other.
