It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Lilianne Patricia Rivette (née Piette) surrounded by her loving family at Cornwall Hospice on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at the age of 66. Beloved wife for 46 years of Rejean (Reg) Rivette. Loving sister of Rolland Piette, Helene Piette both of Cornwall, Vivian Casselman (Larry) of Morrisburg, Aline Piette-Smith (Jamie) of Monkland, Leo Piette (Diane) of Glen Walter and Yvon Piette (Jennifer) of Smooth Rock Falls. Cherished godmother of Shawn Rivette, Maryse Spila-Piette and Maurice Jr. Piette. Lilianne will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, the Rivette Family and her beloved work family at the Caisse Populaire. She is predeceased by her parents; Georges Piette and Pauline Piette (née Durocher) and by her siblings; Victor Piette, Monique Regnier (Robert) and Maurice Piette. As per Lilianne’s wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, May 17th, 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (6143-938-3888) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A Memorial Mass will take place on Thursday, May 18th, 2023 at 11 a.m. at St. Felix de Valois Church.
