It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lionel St. Pierre in Cornwall, on Monday, May 15th, 2023 at the age of 76 years. Beloved husband of Suzanne St. Pierre (née Pidgeon). Loving father of Betty St. Pierre (Leigh Lafrance) of Cornwall and Dan St. Pierre (Shannon) of Chesterville. Cherished grandfather of Jeremy and Kylee St.Pierre. Dear brother of Florence Pitre of NB, Robert St. Pierre (Joyce) of Perth, Gerard St.Pierre (Rita), Jean-Paul St. Pierre (Fern), Jocelyne Gadbois (Tim) all of Cornwall, Michel St. Pierre of Casselman, Roger St. Pierre (Stephanie) of Toronto and Frank St.Pierre (Christine) of Cornwall. He is predeceased by his parents; Joseph St. Pierre and Cecile St. Pierre (née Poirier) and by one sister; Lucille Gadbois. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Lionel is a member of the Knight of Columbus, Council #8715, As per Lionel’s wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-3888) from 9 a.m. until the time of Funeral. A Memorial service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, May 24th, 2023 at 11 a.m. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
