Together again Louise Marguerite Bertrand and Raymond Bertrand
Peacefully at her home, with her daughter on Friday March 11th, 2022. Louise Marguerite Bertrand (Nee Roussel) in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late Raymond (March 7, 2016). Loving mother of Lucie (Andre) of Stittsville, Francois (Kim) of Toronto, Andre (Nadia) of Cornwall and Michel (Josee) of Sainte-Marguerite, QC. Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey, Ben, Joseph, Braden, Jack, Noah-Bourne and Liam-Alexander. Pre-deceased by, and dear sister of Monique, Jean-Marc and Phillipe, mother Carmen (Roussel), father Rene. Sadly, missed by her beloved circle of friends and neighbours, her best friends, Rosie, Mary and Claire who were inseparable, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and the community of Cornwall, which she was a part of for over 40 years. Her beloved dog Benji and cat Garfield will continue living their best lives until they meet up with her in heaven. The family would like to thank all those who provided exceptional care during her time of need, especially the health care workers who cared for her in Stittsville. In lieu of gifts of condolences, our mother requested that donations be made to the Furball Rehab Cat Rescue – as we all know, her passion for the health and wellbeing of animals was paramount. The mass will be held on April 20th at 2pm in St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church, 434 Second Street West, Cornwall ON. Family and Friends will be received at the Royal Canadian Legion (Br. 297) following the service. Mom, we will miss you and know that you are now at peace and with dad in heaven.
