It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lucy Mary Watters (née Carrier) in Cornwall on Monday, February 27, 2023 at the age of 84 years. Beloved wife for 66 years of Phillip Watters. Loving mother of Phyllis Brooke of Kingston and Susan Whitford of Cornwall. Cherished grandmother of Dale, Andrew, Justin, Sacha, Hannah and Abigail and great-grandmother of 6 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Celestin Carrier (Amanda) of N.B and sister-in-law of Raymond Watters, Valerie Watters, Arthur Watters (Gabrielle), Albert Watters (Nicole) and Rex Watters (Debbie). She is predeceased by her parents; Alexander Carrier and Lucy Carrier (née Lapointe) and by her siblings; Marion, Theresa, Adelia, Henry, Donat, Beatrice, Betty, Sanford, William, David and Alex.
Visitation will take place at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-3888) on Monday, March 6th, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held at Blessed Sacrament Church on Monday, March 6th, 2023 at 1 p.m. followed by cremation.
