It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Sadie Muriel Elms (nee Seaton) on Sunday May 29th, 2022 at Maxville Manor at the age of 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Leslie Elms. Loving mother of Bryan Elms (Norma) of England, Keith Elms (Maria) of Lancaster, ON, Peter Elms (Sara) of Maryland, USA and Rob Elms (Beryl) of England. Cherished grandmother of Heather, Stephanie (Adam), David (Angela), Kevin (Lucy), Nick (Nadia), Chris (Allie), Tracy (Steve) and Mike (Rachael), great-grandmother of Jacob, Joseph, Ethan, Josia, Emma (Jake), Ellie, Lesley, Annie (Connor), Ryan, Ethan, Zachary, Frankie, Ella, and Jos (Emma), and great-great-grandmother of Evelyn, Bella, Pipa, Lyla, Hollie, Oscar, Tom, Mia, and Eli. As per Muriel’s wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 18th, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Notre-Dame Cemetery. Refreshments will be served after the graveside service at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON.As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to Maxville Manor would be appreciated by the family.
