It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Raymond Laperle in Cornwall on Monday, October 31st, 2022 at the age of 66 years. Beloved husband of Joan Laperle (nee Andre). Loving father of Amanda Laperle (Mat) of Cornwall and Trevor Gilmore (Valerie) of Ottawa. Cherished grandfather of Raven, Xander, McKenna, Leah, Grason, Blaze, Shayleen , Daylon and Tynell. Dear brother of Michel Laperle (Carol) of Cornwall, Lise Hickman (Mark) of Morrisburg, Lucie Laperle of Cornwall, Suzanne Simser (Kurt) of Cornwall, Ginette MacInthosh (Graham) of New Market, Pierre Laperle (Laurie) of Cornwall and Celine Miller (Steve) of Welland. Raymond will be sadly missed by his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and his "mama". He is predeceased by his parents; Florent Laperle and Jeannine Ashby (nee Tessier) and by one daughter; Casey Obyrn. As per Raymond’s wishe’s cremation has taken place. A celebration of Raymond’s life will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-3888). Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Liver Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
