It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Gerald Gagan on Saturday, March 19th, 2022 at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband of the late Dolores Gagan (née Cere). Loving father of David Gagan (Cathy Bird), Michael Patry (late June Laporte), and Suzanne Tyo. Cherished grandfather of 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Lillis Beaulieu. Robert is predeceased by his parents; Alden Gagan and Stella Gagan (née Holmes) and by two daughters; Carol Dixon and Catherine Lalonde. As per Robert’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of life and interment will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy Memorial donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
